“SABC LIVHU” CASE POSTPONED FOR  PUBLIC PROSECUTION'S DECISION. 

Well known Limpopo Comedian “Captain Sabc Livhu”, real name Livhuwani Madadzhe (38) who is from Mangondi Sidou village appeared in Thohoyandou Magistrates Court for a count of murder. 

Madadzhe, who is out on R50 000 bail, is accused of killing his wife  Lindelani Nengovhela (32) and throwing her body into the hole next to the pit toilet. 
The NPA in Limpopo said he will continue abiding by his bail conditions that he will not interfere with state witnesses and to report to Sandton police station every Mondays and Fridays between 08h00 and 16h00.

The matter is postponed to 01 December 2023 for the Director of Public Prosecutions’ decision.
